Reservations are required for dining at El Faro Grill, Flor de Canela and for theme nights at Grand Residences.
Some items are not included in the All-in Grand package but are available at additional
cost, such as premium steaks – tomahawk, cowboy and T-bone, Halal and Kosher food,
the Protein Menu available through Room Service, some premium liquors and wines on
the premium wine list. Additional charges and a corkage charge apply if an Owner,
Member or guest brings their own wine or food items for a special chef’s dinner.
Tequila Tasting, Wine Tasting, Wine Pairing Dinners, Romantic Dinners and Chef in Suite
Dinners are not included in the All-in Grand package. Reservations are required and
additional charges apply.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners at Grand Residences restaurants
are included in the All-in Grand package.
Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in
restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service.
For reasons of safety, management and staff reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic
beverages to guests who are visibly impaired.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be
requested.
The Room Service Menu is available 24 hours and is in the Guest Service Directory in
your room
Guests will only be able to order Room Service to their own room and it will be available
for the number of guests registered therein.
Alcoholic drinks ordered through Room Service will be served by the glass and with
food. An additional charge will be levied for bottles of liquor ordered to the room.
Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change
without prior notice.
The All-in Grand package may not be applied with other promotions and discounts.
The All-in Grand package does not cover dining and drinks in restaurants and bars at The Royal Sands,
The Royal Cancun or The Royal Haciendas or at Hacienda Sisal and Gran Salón Hacienda Sisal. Please
take your credit card when you visit them. If you plan to dine at Club Bistro (The Royal Sands),
La Trattoria (The Royal Cancun), Hacienda Sisal or Gran Salón Hacienda Sisal in Cancun or Kinoko
and Los Murales at The Royal Haciendas, reservations are required and are subject to availability.
A No Show charge applies for reservations that are not used and when the owner/member fails to
notify the Concierge that he/she wishes to cancel the reservation.
Spa services and massages, tours and transportation, Gourmet Food Market purchases,
wedding and event coordination are not included in the All-in Grand package.
